Andrei Tretyakov

Andrei Tretyakov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Penn State University and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Business Administration from the University of Manchester.

He first joined the Group shortly after its London listing, leading the Strategy and Business Development function. In this role, he contributed to defining the Group’s long-term vision and establishing its strategic priorities.

Andrei moved into private equity and venture capital in 2014, working with portfolio companies on business building, organisational development, and performance improvement. This experience shaped his practical approach to leading teams, developing talent, and managing complex operational environments.

He returned to the Group in 2025 to oversee Sales, Logistics, and Procurement, focusing on aligning commercial functions and strengthening the Group’s competitive position across its core markets.

Andrei was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer. He now applies a combination of strategic clarity, operational discipline, and people-centred leadership to guide the Group’s continued development.
